I don't know why they agreed to hear the case. I guess so they could give their opinion. If the Roe case you cite was based on the same issues I'm sure that will have a bearing on how they rule. At this time it is my opinion that the ruling will be favorable to Gore. We can all state our opinions of how they will rule but right now they are just guesses. The Constitution will have a bearing on how they rule but for someone to say anything right now that it is a foregone conclusion that the Court will rule this way or that way is more wishful thinking than fact. I've heard people who are experts on this subject have different opinions on TV already.
