Water controls are quite the thing. I was in a dam site recently that uses a two foot dia pipe at a drop of aprox 1000 ft. This set up run to 2 peltum(sp) type wheels which in turn drive 2 generators. The set up is totaly automatic and cost about 10 million to build. It brings in about 2 million and change per year. Not a bad return.
I gather the company plans on building several more. The americans seem to be desperate for power and will buy all they can get.
I will pass on what I know to the powers that be.

[revenue = cash, far as i'm concerned]

You did that just to make the accountant in me shudder, didn't you?! <gg>

they could skim the cash and auction off the assets and turn it all into a fleet of Dickie Dee ice-cream carts any time they like

LOL; yes, of course you're right. I guess I was just trying to make sure that people understood just because E is owned 100% by ITE doesn't mean they can just withdraw from the E bank account like it's a joint checking. If ITE wants to keep E healthy as an ongoing concern they need to balance its needs (and its banker's concerns) against their own, that's all.

And I agree with you about E, it's a sleeper that could one day suprise everyone with its contribution to ITE's well-being.

I also like Elastic, and the PBX-in-a-box maker, each of which has a differentiator in their market.

Cheers
