Canadian politics are a little hard for an American to understand when someone like Tobin is taken seriously as a potential model for head of your government. But then I remember that Mr. Clinton and his cabinet are widely accepted as capable of winning another third term if they were allowed by the constitution to run for one and any further comments I have regarding Canadian politicians will be forgone. In fact compared to our own crook politicians Tobin seems to fit right in.

Sad state of affairs that I am not really afraid that I am exagerating the hopelessness of the situation.
