CNN just reported that Palm Beach county can't finish its count by 5 PM ET and may go to court to get an extension.

How many times do we move the goal posts?

And Bush's unofficial lead is down to 408.

Why do you act so surprised? There can be no impartiality in the state of Florida for an accurate human count even if a reasonable standard for counting dimples were implemented.

Neither Al Gore nor George Bush will concede either. Mr. Gore is driven by his passion to win. Mr. Bush is driven by the belief he has already won.
