KLP, Sounds like any guy who catches your eye is the lucky one. My beautiful wife and I have enjoyed cooking for ourselves family, and friends for more than thirty years. But somehow this year for the first time we discovered brining the turkey. We used our own creativity for herbs and spices to be simmered for the brine. Without detailing the rest of our menu, the 20 pound hen was the best (no jest) that we ever made, or had. Wishing all on this thread the BEST of everything.
