Walter Williams is right and wrong as we do not have Majority rule in the USA. We are currently a country of Minority rule where the hegemony of special interest groups are aligned squarely against the interests of the majority. Here are the facts;

Hegemony index is a measure of the Non Voting populations % of the body politic.It's a simple % to understand.

2000 1996 1992* 1988 1984 1980 1976 1968
51.7% 51.22% 45.19% 49.94% 47.05% 47.46% 49.59% 50.8%

What is says, and now that you are aware of it, you must also correct yourself or others
whan they pronounce that this or that candidate had 48%, when in truth, Reagan is the
only politician in the modern era who ever got over 31% of the national popular vote.

Whichever candidate wins this year they will have approximately 23.5%, a pretty miserable showing if you ask me. The data account for the coallition of voting blocks which IMHO have maxed out their ability to influence the majority.

Are you familiar with the fibonacci sequence? The Elliot Wave theory? there are some
mighty Important TELLS in the voting data. I would call your attention to 1992 when the
Hegemony index reached it's modern era low, when 3rd parties for the first time in
modern era generated activity from the sidelines. The elliot wave predicts that the 20 mil
voters in 1992, will grow exponentially in coming elections. It's kinda like the NAZ going
to 5,000 from 1000 or the NYSE rising as it has. The same exponential potentials are at work in the voting data. Look out DEMOPUBLICANS, a Big wave is coming to sweep you away.

Take the time between now and it's arrival, to make amends.
No National Polling data should ever be presented without the NVM as a block included. This gives people the false impression that a larger % of the population has endorsed the current momentum, this is blatant fraud.

The National parties need to become a neutral force, so as to not leave too many overt tracks in the sand.

Times they are a changing.
