You have said that you do not expect gold to hit $350+. But what do you expect.

Max: $329 +/- $10 over the 2000-2004 time frame. And higher on the front time frame, lower on the back. Beware M2 and US currency flows. Intervention into Euro markets by ECB only makes for Hedging oppertunities against the Euro. Sorros may not be large enough to bust the Euro, but a combined hedge from 3 or more funds can bust it. Question is, do they want to. A quick check of Drawing rights versus Gold suggest:
