Prolife: You guys don't get it. I would LOVE for the Florida Legislature to get involved ... to select its own electors. Every middle-of-the-road voter from Maine to San Diego would cry "foul." Such action also would set a precedent for every backwater state legislature to mimic whenever the statewide vote was close and your guy didn't win. And while we're playing what-if games, the Repubs also should refuse to seat Jean Carnahan. Please ... I urge you ... do both. Then we'll see the Dems pick up bushel baskets full of new House and Senate seats in '02.
