51% of the body politic abstained from endorsing a candidate for President. Your guy got 23.5% of the popular vote, that Minority and that dear fellow spells hegemony.

You can deceive yourself all you want but the bottom line is in the data, all of it, not just the partial data you support your conclusions on.

Sore won an area that represent 127 million voters and President Elect Bush won an area that represents 143 million voters. Clearly President Elect Bush won the popular vote.
