Hi ya' Poet, I have to say I have never made Turkey soup. I have a recipe for Turkey Matzo Ball soup, that I have eaten but never cooked myself. It is yummy, I'll post it when I can find it for anyone who is interested. Besides the best soup is homemade soup and yours sounds wonderful. I have no real stories to report from the holiday, which in itself is a good thing. We had the whole clan in one house, all we needed was the partridge in the pear tree. There were 8 adults, 4 little kids, 2 dogs all under one roof for the weekend. But I am happy to say it incredibly turned out to be relaxing and we got to enjoy the mountain scenery and the travel was not treacherous. So maybe this is a good sign for the coming year.
