The only Court that matters now is the U.S. S.Ct and the article brought the Court into into the argument by making reference to Roe v. Wade. However, I'm not really sure how you could misinterpret a stating of the facts as an argument. The fact is that the U.S. S.Ct. is comprised of more GOP appointees than Democratic appointees. Are you already hoping to set up a straw man in case the S.Ct. decides against Bush?
