Rep. Nadler used the word fascist. The crowd was agitated because the Miami Dade board had proposed to do the recount in secret, thus the chant "Let us in!". The whole thing is another Gorista non-issue. At least two members of the board are quoted as saying they did not vote as they did because of intimidation. JLA

What I meant by speaks that way is against peacful demonstrations. I am sure if the board was threatened they could call in the riot police. It was not an issue to their decision. But Lieberman's comments are definitely anti-free speech to me, laced with lies.
