tomorrow morning in a preemptive strike the Legislature of the State of Florida convenes and announces:

It is clear that we have been granted the ultimate authority in this election for a reason. For the good of the country, for the good of the people, we have voted to send 25 Republican delegates to the Electoral College.

i don't know - i see this getting really ugly soon - i don't see any cooler heads prevailing - i don't see any wisdom - i don't see any discretion - i see greed and avarice

i agree that neither the legislature acting preemptively or after the fact seems intelligent from where we sit at this moment - and i wouldn't be surprised to see it wind up exactly like that.
