Here we agree, and why Bush is probably on the right side of this entire argument.

The statistics in Florida and Nationally are that +51% of the votes cast were for none of the above, another 2.5% were from voters casting votes in local elections but witholding votes for president. The conversion occurs with these votes cast and classified as undercounts. Duh, they were consistant with all other data and were cast as Neither.

Hence if bush relies on any other argument than the disenfranchisement of the Neither vote, his camp has made a fatal strategic error.
