Boise was the lawyer hailed as batting 1000. The illinois screwup and other loose readings of the law that look petty do not make for keeping ones reputation. Boise is associated with the team that goes down in flames.

What the Texas law says in detail and how the Illinois law really interprets dimpled chad undermines all the Boise Sore Loserman team arguments.

No doubt about it, the man is part of the overall legal professions envy of american entreprenuers. The whole lefts strategy to let judges make law on the side, means that they can now engage in an unprecedented shuffle of wealth.
