Bob Woodward? That's a nice place for Democrats to start and try to re-write history.
I read that and it was very dramatic how all these crucial meetings happened as if it was the Cuban missal crisis.

Sorry,the truth is Gingrich and Kasich pushed on under heavy criticism and pressure and when they finally prevailed the President moved in and took credit. That's normal,presidents take credit for everything,but using "politics of destruction" to demonize one of the brightest and best Senators(Gingrich)in decades was un American.
