cuomo says it only took 4 on u s supreme court to grant cert on emergency basis- from florida supreme court he disparagedconservative judges on u s supreme court by naming 4 as -well of course they'd grant cert talking heads say u s supreme should come up with unanimous decision or it will be subject to attack as partisan. but court often has dissent, concurring opinions. so, ok to attack u s supreme as partisan, but not florida supreme court- attacking which is destructive of country
