Of course. Would we expect anything different? "Rule of Law" applies to Republicans or when convenient for the Democrats. "Fairness, justice, equity, Will of the People, etc.," apply when the rule of law is against the Democrats. Long standing tradition. Republicans used to fall for it and fall by the wayside. They don't anymore.
