Maybe we should tell Saddam that that bygones are bygone and all is forgiven. "Kuwait Oil Minister Sheikh Saud Nasser al-Sabah said on Friday OPEC would not allow oil prices to slip again to 1998 levels, adding that world prices dropping to even $22 a barrel was an unrealistic dream."

Why should we not assume that there will now be a gradual shift back to the only energy forms that we have in abundance i.e. Coal and Nuclear? Along with that there should be new infrastructure to support those energy forms including companies that provide clean burning mediums for coal.
