It will be interesting to see if the Fl State courts decide to invalidate the certification due to PB county. If one has the right under state law to a manual recount, is it not implied in the law that sufficient time to complete that recount will be given? OT - <GGG> It's both encouraging and disturbing that there are once again calls for a rally. I'm thinking it'll be a "sell the rally" rally, as volume is still tepid during up moves. OTOH, a bottom must be reached sometime, and it is possible the traditional measures of capitulation and market turns are becoming invalidated. No, I don't believe it either. $NDX = 2830, Futures 2884. Diff is +54. Wait till tomorrow. :)
