gore is above politics-he is suing democrats complaining re democrats-local party hack canvassers, democratic courts and judges, etc. and gore is right-the democrats don't like him. they vote for nader, don't vote or vote by mistake for buchanan or not at all. boies is his best friend. but boies may be getting paid or be concerned re msft case. u s supreme court is made up of human beings. they may not like boies. boies may not be best lawyer to hire for case before them. i have a specialty. when judges don't know the area of the law that i know and state they don't know it(they are new to the bench or are in a generalist court), i still don't talk down to them
