An outsiders view? Hmm.

In Europe, especially in Italy, many cartoons have been drawn by the newspapers and gazettes. Made the U.S. representatives a laughing stock.

The election itself (especially in Fla.) appears very poorly managed and everything else than professional. Albeit fraudulent voting is in some European countries a problem, such a delay never appears to happen here.

As you perhaps know, most European countries are ruled by democrats who do not endorse a GWB led government.

Many market commentaries blamed the weak markets on the election delays...while that is one psychological reason to be removed, the weak fundamentals remain...
