Is the following a VALID BULLISH(declining) WEDGE on the NDX:
LOWER TRENDLINE - lows of 8/3, 11/13, 11/22
UPPER TRENDLINE - highs of 9/1, 10/20, 10/23, 10/24, 11/7
Note: 11/6 & 11/8 did break above the upper trendline on only a intraday basis and closed below the trendline, so I consider them as overshoots.

One strong arguement against this BULLISH WEDGE is the duration of about 3 1/2 months, which is a bit on the long side.

The UPPER TRENDLINE is around 3050 on MONDAY.

If it is a valid formation, the measurement is approximately 800 NDX points from the point of the upside break. Its a BIG BULLISH WEDGE if it is VALID.
