The count was NOT made- are you aware only one county was included in Ms Harris's new total?

He promised to concede VERY specifically IF manual recounts were made in three counties- that has not been done, only one recount was made and completed.

I could say you are a lying partisan, but you probably just didn't pay very close attention to what was actually going on.
