No. Jesse Jackson's visit was to investigate and publicize the harrassment of blacks and Haitians in Dade county who, unlike all other voters, and in violation of the Federal Voting Rights Act, were required to produce their actual voter registration card AND the usual photo ID in order to vote. Some were turned away at numerous precincts.Although this sort of thing is not really surprising and it probably occurs somewhere every election, it is after all illegal. I mention it here not to make it a topic of discussion, only to correct a misconception you seem to have.
