Did you notice that Bush mentioned prescription drug benefit tonight before he talked about tax cuts? He has changed his priorities as a result of this election.

While Massachusetts is quite liberal (I remember well
when the only two Congressional candidates running
in Cambridge were Tip O'Neill and the communist candidate),
it has also a libertarian streak


Didn't MA just pass an initiative cutting back the state income tax? And Carla Howell, the Libertarian Senate candidate, pulled 12% or so of the vote against Ted Kennedy.
