Presumably, if Gore gets in there won't be anybody well-armed, for better or worse. It's people and this nation that matter right now. Whoever finally ends up in the White House will have a tremendous challenge to undo all the division that has been fanned to flames by this poor excuse for an election. And since the economy will likely falter regardless of who becomes President, it might be a fine tactical move for one of the candidates to concede and let the other take the blame in the coming years.
