To get back on topic, I just want to point share the anecdote that in the DC metro area, Metricom's 28.8 service was very well received when it rolled out. There is no doubt in my mind the technology is fantastic. It's unfortunate that the balance sheet doesn't look nearly as amazing.

What keeps the longs long (myself included) is that in the very near future, the (admittedly optimistic) projection calls for costs coming way down as buildout tapers off, and revenues coming way up as subscribers pile on.

I don't know Caxton. All you can do is post hypothetical garbage about QCOM and how it may be a factor in 2004 or so. You get all hyper when it's pointed out that MCOM is here now. You've put your life savings in QCOM, probably when that analyst was predicting it would go to 1000.

Market is going up tomorrow in all likelihood. I'll be looking to short QCOM on an up move.

Thanks to you, I'm right 2 for 2 on QCOM short daytrades.
