Yes, bottomline is that Gore had every legal right to demand hand recounts in as many counties as he wanted. He chose four but only two were done. So that leaves the election un-finished from at least one legitimate legal point of view. However if the Florida Supreme Court refuses to extend the very deadline which KEPT the two additional counties form being counted then maybe it's over. But if so Bush will always have to wear the mantle of a president who lost the general election and got in because of a legal loop-hole. Actually they would both have to live with that. Anyway, stay tuned. This ain't over yet.
