Harris should have removed herself from the process knowing she's highly partisan but didn't. It has been their strategy all along to hurry up and certify before Gore catches up in terms of real votes being counted, not theft or fraud. The jduegs know that. So does everyone else. Putting her responsibilities into the hands of a non-partisan would have been the right thing to do. Instead she basically helped Bush steal the certification. A say "steal" because she knows damn well there are hundreds of Gore votes sitting there. Many which have already been counted. Some which have never been counted. And Bush hopes to hell they never ARE counted.
