icge breaking out on solid news with more to come, this could relate to the dip we are seeing w/ arba. Buys are showing up in varied articles in addition to analyst positive comments. Money flow was the issue, but it appears that Mr. Safeco is strongly supporting this effort. Contracts with major players are in motion as evidenced as early as today via Compaq and Logistics.
