speak at 9 am to proclaim himself the "actual" victor on the morning news before the winner gets to speak...
Looks like a slight change now, with Bush scheduled to speak at 9:30 and Gore at noon.

Look it Ron, Damn, I was right, that slimy good for nothing Clinton was manipulating the Price of Gold for his own profit! Gore would have continued it. Hillary has been playing in the futures market for the last 4 years!
