From today's PR: "The company plans to close the Affinity acquisition within ten days, and expects to be able to satisfy the conditions necessary in order to close the Reliant acquisition within forty-five days."
Bob, I can't help but speculate what the conditions are for the Reliant closing. The first thing that comes to mind is TIGI's stock price. I do not see that Reliant has any other choice when it comes to funding. I think they tried several things before TIGI came into the picture. Reliant also needs help with its margins. It seems to me they need TSIG as much as TSIG needs Reliant.........Another condition may be funding. The funding market has changed a lot over the last several months. It's hard not to speculate that the IB is having a harder time coming up with the money. That is pure speculation on my part......A stated condition in Friday's PR was that the Affinity deal close. Reliant has major synergy with Affinity it seems to me. We wait. Regards, Suzanne
