The Florida SC would have to, in effect, overturn two of their own prior rulings to effect the Miami-Dade count.

The courts can change the illegitimate certification which was issued without counting thousands of votes.

If we really want to know the will of the people, let's take a few heavily-populated areas where Bush beat Gore by a substantial margin that used punch-ballots which did not get counted either. Let every vote be counted!
