The problem is they've turned their back on rules that worked for them for thousands of years and are paying a stiff price.

the parts of Africa where sex is the most taboo are the parts that are most severly infected with HIV/AIDS.

This is a classic liberal nostrum. Talking is the same or even superior to actually solving a problem.

The problem is that no one wants to talk about sexual issues openly, so the problems multiply

Agreed. No one wants to talk honestly about the problem when race is involved.

Jared Taylor's book "Paved With Good Intentions" speaks to this topic with great clarity.

To mention that the statistics, detailed and maintained by Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta, show that African-American's are far more likely to contract HIV than other ethnic group would be denounced as racist, inflammatory, and unacceptable.

The facts clearly speak for themselves on this issue.
