Poor Lieberman. He was the first and most tragic casualty of this election. He was so obsessed with being Jewish that he failed to notice that few voters cared whether he was Jewish or not. He had built his fine reputation among friend and foe alike, not because of his religion, but because of his common sense and wisdom as a Senator. And he dropped all that like a bad habit. His performance last night was nothing short of pitiful...

The 1876 election commission had an independent member, not 8 repubs. He was promised removal of Union troops from the South if he gave the nod to Hayes, he did.

Gore shouldn't give up his right to protest, contest, litigate. As long as there are votes that were not counted manually, half the country will question Bush's legitimacy.

If we could survive LBJ's and Nixon's lies, we can survive "due process".
