Henry's become a chatterbox in the past few weeks. Good coverage in all media, open discussion of some plans, hints on future projects, even a photo in the NY Times, etc.

Perhaps this signifies a new and more open GMST, or perhaps Henry wants to get his share price back up before somebody else gobbles a portion. Either way, I see that as a plus.

I read the filings from News Corp. The standstill agreement on buying more stock (more than Liberty and News already own, which they say is 39%) becomes inoperative if an unrelated (to them) party makes a take over offer. It doesn't say they have to vote with management.
