I would say based more on our morals period. That's why Republicans are increasingly concerned with the lessening of the moral fiber of the country. Every great civilization has been doomed by power hungry tyrants that lost control. Politicians need to display the requisite morals that the nation as a whole respects. The current administration and select members of congress failed miserably.knc
