ok enam..you say you're smart,..now read real carefully..it's not the estate tax, stupid..its the Clinton economy running out of steam which will deplete the surplus..the estate tax, which should be repealed promptly is nothing compared to the coming clinton-Greenspan recession...that one was also easy

You are really a joker. The estate tax adds around $25 billion a year to the treasury. Out of a $1.8 trillion budget, the amount is insignificant.knc

Enam- I've read some economist opinions that actually say the surplus will be bigger than currently projected.
