Not so fast.......CNN:Despite Bush's announcement that he is moving ahead with transition plans, the General Services Administration -- the government agency that supplies material resources to federal employees -- says it cannot authorize transition funds and offices for Bush since "there is not an apparent winner and the outcome is unclear."

Lucky man though, back to the tobacco fields and zinc mines of his Tennessee mountain home. To paddle the creeks which are polluted with arsenic and catch fish full of mercury all because of effluent from his mine. Just waiting for the day when Ma'Gore kicks so he can cash in his Occidental Petroleum stock of which he is the sole heir.
