BTW did you ever find that historical discussion that I referred you to on "roads" or the literary battle between Jefferson, Madison and Hamilton on interpretation of the Constitution? Or did you just simplify things and decide that the Framers were just a bunch of old codgers that had ego problems? My bet is you took the path of least resistance...takes less effort. Regards, jttmab
