If that is true, they will be convicted of crimes. We'll see.

But it was the applications that were involved in all that, NOT the actual ballots.

You still haven't explained why the crime of another person should invalidate the vote of a voter who has cast a legitimate, legal vote in which his voter intent is clear.

If you're going to take the tack that the illegal actions of a person anywhere in the electoral system invalidate voter votes, you open up a whole new can of worms. For example, there are reports of some poll workers encouraging voters to vote for Gore. If this is true, which is illegal, are you prepared to have all the votes of all the voters who voted in their precincts discarded?

I didn't think so.
