I would think the rising line from the Oct/99 lows would be low-risk op on BTK.

Had a good lunch ("dinner" we would say in Newfoundland). Today we are voting in our national election. Although we do not have the machinery to get into a CF arrangement as you guys have done, it is expected to be very close -- I'm guessing Liberal minority.
