What you want is very specific indeed. I looked at www.sec.gov, and did a search at sec.gov. Far too much information turned up, and my cursory review turned up nothing.

What is interesting though, is that the SEC seems to compile all emails sent and store them into a searchable database.

On a final note, the sec site also has the actual cases for the criminal and scammsters it goes after. witness: sec.gov
