I emailed Robertson Stephens and told them that if AMD denies manufacturing problems with their next generation chip, that I will be taking legal action against them.

The best news we could get is that AMD has done something to reduce and control its greatest risk (INADEQUATE AND UNTIMELY INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT). Wonder how much a SIS or ServerWorks type company would cost them? I think SIS actually has some in-house fabrication capability too.
