Well, the Supremes can tell the Florida Supreme Court that changing the rules after the election violates Florida law. But that doesn't really help, because the Democrats can spend the next four years claiming that they never had an opportunity to count the "people's" votes. I'd rather just give them the office with everybody knowing it came from dimpled chad BS votes, and watch every one of their proposals sink in the quicksand of illegitimacy.
