Wilder,

The watch list is corral, index, and more, at the moment. It is a repository for possible trickle candidates. One can look at the portfolio/watch list and see all the companies that we consider trickle or possible trickle in a central place, without having to wade through every post. Thus, if someone proposes company X and we don't what to make of it, I might throw it in, hoping someone will come along with insight that will allow us to say yea or nay. Since I'm not that well versed in the field, this is how I have to do it. Some companies in it may never be bought, but are kept in because they're a strong influence in the segment.

At the moment, I'm trying to find companies that derive more than half of their revenue from trickle for the watch list, and ~3/4 of revenue from trickle to be actually targeted for purchase.

I'll post my trickle taxonomy in a couple of days. I'm aiming to identify subsegments and the companies in them, in order to bring some more focus to the process of shaping the trickle portfolio. Got a couple of other things to do before then.

Thanks for your input so far, and keep it coming.

Later, Tuck
