Two things will change. One, I suspect that the punch card ballots will finally die. Two, I suspect that Republican calls for abolishing the Electoral College will be noticeable by their absence...

I hope not....at a minimum I think we need a standardization of the ballot box...boxes that make some attempt to minimize vote fraud.
