LOL. It had to have been an snl skit. And now, Gephardt is holding his third news conference in 12 minutes (a record), and flat-out lying into the CNN camera. He's repeating that 9,000 votes were "thrown out" by the machine and not counted. Bull. They were counted, as "no votes," just like happens ALL OVER THE COUNTRY. At a rate of UNDER 2%, which was lower than the national 2% average.
