tim..."qcom breaks 90..." demonstrating what greg referenced....it has been in a base, albeit wide for many months....it was accumulated at those levels, the sellers have dried up, and it begins a new momentum....however, it can falter....a break above 100 in a good market environ and it will accelerate...
